Temperature Awareness.
Summers in Greece can be very hot, with temperatures often exceeding 35°C (95°F). To avoid heatstroke and dehydration, stay indoors during peak heat hours, wear lightweight clothing, drink plenty of water, and avoid strenuous activities during the hottest parts of the day.
Download an app www.meteo.gr or www.windy.gr and check daily the temperature in your location. .
Be aware of symptoms which include weakness, headaches, nausea, disorientation
consume plenty of fluids
avoid large meals
limit alcoholic beverages and drinks
consume plenty of fruits and vegetables
take lukewarm showers throughout the day
adjust the dosage of medications
